- All eBooks can be downloaded as PDF files
Can I print the eBook?
- No, printing is disabled
What are the payment options?
- Pay by credit card, PayPal or Bitcoin
How to download?
- You will receive a direct download link as soon as payment has been processed. You can also log into your account and download from there
Do you offer refunds?
- No, due to the nature of eBooks, all sales are final

Are all eBooks available as paperbacks?
- No, but many are (about half of all titles are available as both eBook as well as printed book)
Where do you ship from?
- We ship from our partners in the US, Europe and Thailand
What are the payment options?
- Pay by credit card, PayPal or Bitcoin
How long does shipping take?
- Anywhere from 5 to 14 days depending on your location
Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, if a copy is damaged. You would need to return the damaged copy to our US address

Can I sell my eBook with booksmango.shop?
- Yes, you are welcome to do so – you will need to provide:
  - cover as jpg file with aspect ratio of 5×8; cover needs to show exact title and author name
  - eBook file as PDF file
Do I need an ISBN?
- No – we only require cover file and eBook as PDF – nothing else
Who sets the price?
- You do; you can also set promotional (sales) prices
How much do I get paid?
- There is a 5% payment processing charge and our 30% commission on every sale – the remaining amount belongs to you
Is there a payment threshold?
- Yes, $10 for PayPal payments and $50 for direct bank transfers
- You also need to submit W-8 or W-9 tax forms to identify yourself before payouts commence
Are there any payment fees?
- Standard PayPal fees apply for PayPal payouts
- $5 flat fee applies for direct bank transfers
Are there any fees to sign up or monthly/yearly fees?
- No, there are no fees
Can you convert my eBook to Print-on-Demand (POD)?
- No, unless you purchased a publishing package with our partner booksmango.com
Where can I see sales statistics?
- You can log into your author dashboard 24/7 and see sales/commission statistics
What can I do with my author dashboard?
- add new eBooks
- modify existing eBooks
- set sales price
- add/change your author info
- add/change your author photo or logo
- add/change your social handles (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- see important notices

Will you distribute and sell my eBook with other retailers (Amazon, Apple, etc.)?
- No, we will not distribute/sell your eBook anywhere else unless you purchased a publishing package with our partner booksmango.com
Can I sell my eBook with other retailers if I list with booksmango.shop?
- Yes, we are non-exclusive. Feel free to sell your eBook anywhere you like in addition to booksmango.shop

I do not know how to make a proper pdf file – can you help?
- You would need to purchase a publishing package with our partner booksmango.com to have your book formatted professionally and generated as pdf, ePub, mobi (kindle) and print ready PDF file
Can you help with the cover?
- Professional cover design is included with every publishing package from our partner booksmango.com
Will you distribute my book to other retailers when purchasing a publishing package from booksmango.com?
- Yes, if you wish us to do so. We usually distribute to Amazon, Apple, kobo, Barnes & Noble, Google Play and various smaller retailers
What files will I receive when purchasing a publishing package from booksmango.com?
- You will get 4 or 5 files depending on your package:
  - mobi (Amazon kindle)
  - ePub 3 (Apple iBooks)
  - ePub 2 (kobo, Barnes & Noble, Google Playstore)
  - pdf (booksmango.shop, Google Playstore)
  - Print-ready pdf (Amazon & Barnes & Noble Print-on-Demand)
  - ISBN for eBook
  - ISBN for printed book

Will my books get any promotional activities?
- All books published via booksmango.com will be included in our ad network with Google & Facebook
